Pat Neuner has been fishing since the age of 11 and has worked his entire career in the fly fishing industry. As a fly fishing product developer, he has produced many of the fly fishing products you use every time you go fly fishing. As a travel consultant, he has traveled to 4 continents in purist of gamefish in both fresh and saltwater. As an organizer, and director, of fly fishing schools and programs, he has introduced thousands to the joy of fly fishing and fly tying. It was Pat's guidance and expert advise that lead to the creation of "The Fly Fishing Academy" at River Ridge Inn. Pat's focus was to educate both newcomers to the sport of fly fishing and to provide advanced techniques to those wishing to become advanced fly fisherpersons. Pat would be the first to tell you that he is still learning new techniques in the art of fly fishing. The learning process never ends. Some one always develops a new fly pattern, a new device, or a new technique that works best for ever changing conditions. As these new developments are shared with instructors, like Pat, the instructors are anxious to pass them on to the those wanting to continue to expand their talents and expertise.
