THE RIVER RIDGE LODGE
All Rooms in the lodge have Satelite TV, Wireless DSL, ceiling fans, full private baths and entrances.
Entire lodge sleeps up to 17. 1000 sq. ft. lounge/meeting area. Elevated sun deck and sunroom with view of the North Fork River.
Great room with TV/DVD/VCR for private meetings or lounging
Two complete kitchens plus grills and smokers and
a 900sq. ft. patio. A 300
sq. ft. river pavilion and large dock. Meals, with a minimum fo 6 persons,
can be arranged with 72 hours of notice.
Rate based on 9 persons.
Lodge can be sectioned based on availability,
ask about pricing.
Up to 9 persons.....$550.00 per day. Each additional person $15.00.
ROOMS in the LODGE
The rooms in the lodge can be rented individually. The RAINBOW ROOM, BROOK ROOM and the BROWN ROOM
all have two queen beds. The BROWN ROOM also has Satelite TV/DVD/VCR and it's private entrance is on ground level just off of the lounge area.
The CUT THROAT ROOM has a king size bed and a queen futon. The SOW BUG ROOM has one queen bed.
All rooms have satelite TV, private baths, private entrances and ceiling fans.
1-2 persons............$99.00 per day. $15.00 for each additional person.
COTTAGES AND NEW CHALETS
The Cottages and Chalets come fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utinsels, bedding and abundance of towels and toiletries.
All are stocked with coffee, teas, spring water, juice, sodas, snack foods and sundry items. If you forgot a tooth brush or shaving supplies, those are there too.
We have tried to make your stay as comfortable as your home is. The Chalets were built in 2005-6 have unimpeded views of the river from the
oversized decks. The fronts of the Chalets are nearly all glass, making it seem as though you are alone in the wooded areas along the North Fork River.
It's no wonder that these CHALETS are the most sought after places to stay on the River.
Cut - Bow Cottage
New cottage with full bath.
Kitchen, satelite TV/DVD/VCR.
Queen Jenny Lynn bed and queen size Futon. Air conditioned with ceiling fan
and gas adn charcoal grill on private deck.
1-2 persons……......$145.00. $15/night/additional person
Striper Cottage
New 2 bedroom cottage with 4 queen
beds, full bath, kitchen, living area and deck overlooking Norfork
Fork River. Satelite TV/DVD/VCR/stereo.
1-4 persons……......$200.00 per night. $15/night/additional person.
Riverside Chalet
The Riverside has a Master bedroom with King bed and full bath. It has a loft with a queen size bed and full bath.
The great room looks out directly to the North Fork River from your dining area or your sitting area. Walk directly out to the huge deck with gas grill.
Many wives that do not fish enjoy relaxing and reading while watching their husbands catch trout directly in front of them. This Chalet was highlighted in Southern Living Magazine.

Gardenside Chalet
Sit on the 300 sq. ft. deck, grill your steak and listen to the trickle of water coming from the 5 ponds located in
the largest garden at River Ridge Inn. Go inside and enjoy the smell of the cedar staircase leading to the huge loft with 2 queen beds and a full bath. On the main level are
two bedrooms with queen beds and two full baths. The great room has a completely furnished kitchen and living/dining area with plenty of space. In the corner
of the room is a gas fireplace for those chilly Autumn or Spring nights. This Chalet is spacious and comfortable. Four queen beds, three baths, over 1300 sq. ft. and
a relaxing atmosphere.
1-4 persons........$350.00/night
5-8 persons........$450.00/night
BOAT AND MOTOR RENTALS
River Ridge Inn no longer rents boats and motors. However, we have developed
close working relationships with local outfitters that can provide you with daily rentals of all the equipment you require
in order to make your outing a memorable one. When you make your reservations, just let us know what you will be needing.

If you need a spare rod and reel or tackle, just ask Captain Jim, we have plenty of them that we can let you use
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Catering service can be arranged for groups of
6 or more. When you make your reservation, just let us know what meals you will be needing. The menu is quite flexible
and the costs vary depending on your requests. Our caterers are the most reputable in the area. You will not be disappointed in the quality or quantity.
The selection of food and beverages can best be taken care of when you make your reservations.
The more time we have to arrange the event, the more successful it will be.
A minimum of 72 hr notice is required. There are many varieties of beverages to be found in the refrigerators at the Lodge and Cottages. There is a soda machine on the patio outside of the lodge.
If you have a special request, let us know when you make your reservation and we will try to shop for you while we are in town. Baxter County is a "wet" county, however, the surrounding counties in Arkansas are not. Plan accordingly.
FISHING GUIDES
River Ridge Inn has a reputation for matching the BEST guides on the White River System with the most
inexperienced, or the most experienced, fisherpersons. Although Fly Fishing is our specialty, we have excellent arrangemnts with local outfitters that will provide
you with some of the most experienced guides in our area. The Fly Fishing Guides that we have extremely close ties to, are not just guides, but Instructor guides.
You will not leave without knowing more about our rivers, the aquatic life, the fish habitat
and many new angling methods used in the art of Fly Fishing. If you are a beginner, you will walk away with a new sense of accomplishment and will want to come back for more.
These Instructors/Guides are GOOD!
FLY FISHING
River all day (8hrs.)…Includes lunch.
Cost........$300 per person. $100 each additional up to 3 persons
River Half Day
Cost.........$250 per person. $100 each additional up to 3 persons
There is a 10% scheduling fee that River Ridge Inn charges if we are
to schedule the guide reservations. We do not mind our guests making their own contact and arrangements with any of
our guides. Direct payment between the guest and the guide is expected. River Ridge Inn will only apply the cost
to a master bill, if, River Ridge Inn schedules the guides. River Ridge Inn is one of the only resorts that does not
retain a portion of our guides' fees.
Large group pricing will be negotiated.
Lake (Stripers)
Half
Day (4 hrs)…$250
( 2 persons) extra person - $75
Full Day (8 hrs)... $350 ( 2 persons) extra person - $100
Reservations
Our reservation and cancellation policy is necessary to
avoid any misunderstandings and to assure you that your reservation is honored
and to assure us that you honor your reservation. A deposit or credit card number is required to guarantee your
reservation. We accept all major
credit cards. A 50% deposit is required on all reservations.
Cancellations
Reservations
will be held for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. If cancellations of either room or cottage rental is made 15
days in advance, a total refund of your deposit will be given.
Cancellations 8 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a
first night charge. All cancellations made within 7 days will result in a charge
for the entire reservation.
Policies and Procedures
No pets allowed. You
can use ours.
No children under the age of 14. Exceptions will be made, but we must insure that the solitude
and relaxing atmosphere be maintained so that ALL our guests are comfortable.
Complaints will result in enforcement of this policy.
No refund will be given if you are asked to leave for the behavior of
your children.
Check In time is 2:00 p.m. but if you are arriving sooner,
let us know and we will try to accommodate.
If
you plan on arriving after 9 p.m. you also need to let us know so we can give
you late night check in procedures.
Check out time is 11 a.m.
Because of the required time to ready your room or cottage for the next
guests, late check out is very stressful. If
we can accommodate a late check out we will.
A word about damages,
River
Ridge Inn is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
You are responsible for leaving the accommodations as you found them.
The registered guest will be responsible for all damages found during and
after your departure. Any unusual damage with result in an itemized invoice and
subsequent charges made to the credit card on file.
