Aiming to achieve "The Grand Slam" by catching Rainbow, Cutthroat, Brown, and Brook Trout? The North Fork River is the ideal spot for this quest. It's a delightful adventure for both adults and children, with the thrill of the chase calling you to these waters. Our experienced guides, instructors, and local fly shops are always on hand to provide advice, instruction, and guide services throughout your stay. Known for their expertise on both the White and Norfork Rivers, our guides promise an enriching experience. At River Ridge Inn, we take pride in offering a complete package for those choosing our fishing adventures, with a special emphasis on teaching Fly Fishing to groups.

Relax in Luxurious Comfort

At times, guests may wish to spend time outside, enjoying the various expertly landscaped gardens or simply relaxing on a swing or lounge chairs to watch the water pass by, as each unit includes a deck with outdoor furniture. For those who prefer the indoors, the air-conditioned comfort of the Lodge, Chalets, or Cottages is available, with satellite TV provided in each. Whether your unit has a full or mini kitchen, it comes equipped with the essentials, but should you require something specific, our on-site staff are ready to assist.

With Covid crisis looming, and a need to have a safe change of scenery, we thought we’d take a drive up from Hot Springs, AR and stay socially distanced while enjoying sone fishing. I had been forewarned that the river may be high and running fast. A referral from my brother brought us to meet Jim and Liz at River Ridge. Our ‘cabin’ was a full house with master king bed downstairs in addition to a beautiful sleep lift upstairs as well as a fold out futon in the master bedroom. Our deck provided a gas and a charcoal grill. The neat view of the river and the fishing dock was gorgeous and although we caught zero fish, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on the gorgeous grounds. The place was immaculate, extremely comfortable and Jim very helpful with fishing tips (we are both novices). A lot of privacy complimented by the rushing river and changing fog below. We hope to travel back and learn some new tricks if there’s room for us in the fall. I understand corporate retreats take place here at The River Ridge Flyfishing Academy. Thoroughly recommend!! Great time. Many thanks to our lovely host and hostess.

Cabin was very clean, and the grounds along the river are lovely and perfectly maintained. The owner could not have been more helpful with making sure we had everything necessary to grill on the deck.

The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, very peaceful. The rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. The views of the river are wonderful. The owners were very hospitable and met our every need. We will definitely return to the resort.

We had viewed the location online and came down to see it in person, it was everything advertised and more. Jim and Liz were wonderful hosts and showed us around. I could sit and watch the river go by for hours. Very quiet and comfortable stay. Everyone we came in contact with during our time in the area was friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have.

We stay in the Riverside Chalet and it had everything we needed. My wife said it was almost like being at home but better. This was my wife's first fly fishing outing and other than they generated the whole time, we had a great time with Lori Solas and her husband as guides. It was our first time here but it won't be our last. Worth every penny.

These cabins and lodge are meticulous and in a prime location. The owners/managers could not be nicer. Cute accommodations that are spotless!! Boat dock right on the Norfork River and very convenient to downtown Norfork.

Jim and Liz helped me plan a surprise vacation for my husband and kids and grandkids. The Lodge was lovely, the fishing exquisite, and we all had an amazing time full of memories. Everyone said it was the best fishing of their lives from the oldest experienced anglers to the beginning kids. His instructor guides weee so professional and kindly. Can’t say enough.

This was a great location ran by a wonderful host! This place was right on the river. The restaurants near by and the scenic views made it for a great romantic getaway in Arkansas. If you love the outdoors like I do and like to fish for trout then you should give this place a try.
